the room's cleanliness was absolutely terrible, with dirty shower heads and old rubber seals, not to mention the noise from the street, which was so distracting. I expected an upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences—clearly that was too much to ask. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Staying at Posh Boutique Hotel was an absolute pleasure. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to explore. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, ensuring I felt completely at home. The room I stayed in was beautifully designed, very clean, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was delightful, offering a range of fresh fruits and delicious hot dishes to kickstart my day! I truly had a memorable experience and can’t wait to return!

Had a great time with friends exploring the vibrant local scene! The location was perfect, making it easy to hit up the night market and enjoy some street food. The staff were friendly and super helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Definitely pick this place for a budget-friendly adventure!
The furniture was a bit old, which might not suit everyone’s taste. Fortunately, it didn't affect our overall experience much.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby markets and taking in the vibrant street scenes with our kids. Staff were warm, making our stay comfortable. One evening, we made great memories at the Vietnamese National Tuong Theatre – a fun cultural highlight for the family.
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms should have better cleanliness.

Couple looking for a unique stay
Staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us! One evening, after returning from dinner, we noticed our room had been tidied up without us even asking. Also, we got early check-in and that was a game changer for starting the trip right.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still felt reasonable for what we got.

Had a fantastic time, with a spacious room just like in the photos and a wonderful breakfast spread that kept us fueled for the day! The rooftop terrace was great for soaking up some sun, and we also enjoyed the cozy lounge area in the evenings. The only downside was that the elevator was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

Fantastic location just a short stroll to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market! The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety and was the best we’ve had in Vietnam!
The room could use a bit of updating and it was a bit darker than expected.

It was just a decent option for a weekend pause in Hanoi with good value considering the price it charged. Staff were really accommodating, and they helped arrange an airport transfer which made things convenient. Be aware that the hotel can be a bit noisy at night, so pack some earplugs.
